I took my first trip in the TT two weeks ago and everything was great except that the refigerator doesn't work on AC. I checked the voltage monitor I have plugged into the outlet in the galley and was only pulling .12 amps which I assume was charging the battery. The fridge according to the manual uses about 1.5 amps. Last weekend I checked and have power to the outlet it is plugged into as well as the 3 amp fuse. I really don't want to have to take it back to the dealer if it's something really simple to fix. As I am in South Texas, it's camping season for me. Other than this issue, the trailer is perfect for me. I'm towing with a Tahoe and barely know it's there.

I'm not sure if this will help but I'm told that these refrigerators need to be level to operate properly.

My freind actually keeps a small level in his unit just for this purpose. He levels his fridge rather than the whole trailer.
