Hi

I am trying to compare prices I am seeing for a 14RB with Full Package plus AC and Heat.  Does anyone know what the MSRP is for these units?  At my local dealer I am seeing one listed with Retail Price  of $10,787 and a Sale Price of $8,500.  My question is if this Retail price is the true MSRP or is it an inflated price just so the sale price seems like a good deal.  Any help with what others have seen would be great.

You nailed it.  Go to http://www.kz-rv.com website for the 2011 base  +  standard  options MSRP, the furnace, radio, etc. are in addition.   I believe there is about 25 to 35%+ dealer's markup depending on options.

You can always make a reasonable, but lower offer on either new or preowned.

Search the internet and find the lowest price available, and bargain with that info.  If you can get them to lower their price more than that, my hat is off to you!

Hmmm, I stumbled across a MSRP price sheet effective 5/16/10 that a dealer (accidentally perhaps?) had mixed in with a Classic's photos.  New figures are just a bit higher than the ones Smilinjohn found:

13FK  $5125

13FKT $6000

14RB  $5665

14FKTH $5995

16RBT $7690

16BH  $5995

19BH  $6795

19SB  $6795

19SBT $8500

Reg. Package $850

FULL PACKAGE $1995

furnace $375

A/C $270

Front Window $120

RVIA $96

CSA $292

Other options are listed individually, but since most trailers have them in the full package already I won't type them all out.  I hope this helps some folks get good deals.

Thanks, Mike!  It seems to me that the MSRP might vary by locale, when I have reviewed SC TTs within the Florida area and other, the MSRPs would seem to vary by area affluency.

When I use the 3/10/2010 MSRP price sheet, our 2010 14RK all electric (mfg. in Sept., 2009), works out to the penny…….MSRP wise.  So, for whatever it's worth: our 14RK  $4995; Regular Pkg.  $745; 5K btu Air Cond.  $285; 2 additional BAL Stabil. Jacks (dealer installed)  $80; + $200 freight  =  $6305 + tax/license.
