    Hi 2012 19BH

  I want to tint the windows with the heat rejecting tint but I'm a little concerned about removing the screens to get to the glass.

 Is there a trick to this, they are mounted in plastic slides that clip to the window frame, easy enough to remove but not to put back.

   Pulled the emer. egress screen while doing some maintenance and really thought I was gonna break it putting it back in,, makes pulling the smaller screens seem sketchy.

   Hints or clues appreciated

       Thanks in advance

I'm hoping to 'refresh' this thread.  I'm wanting to tint the windows as well, and am concerned about breaking the screens.  Shomeyrwit, were you able to complete all the windows by just bending the screens out of the way?  Does anyone else have any ideas?

Thanks!

Hey spud;

    I have not tinted the windows yet but after a bit of research I decided to just figure it out on my own,,,

       the trick seems to be to move the screen all the way to the open side then carefully pull the bottom out till it isfree of the plastic track then slide the screen so that the whole bottom of the screen slides past that one deformed section of the plastic,

     replacing is the exact opposite, place the screen in the top groove then using the same approximate spot pull the plastic trim down just enought to engage the screen then slide it all past that point,

   I did all my screens like that and none got damaged,, (be careful though,,, this hint comes with no guarantee)

        Have given some thought to cutting a small notch to make it easier but realized I wont really need to remove the screens very often
