I have had to replace our table on the 14RB but it was bent when we purchased it new.  They send us another table a few week after the purchase date.

We have a 19SB that we purchased in the fall of 2010 and our table has begun to warp.  We have only used it as a bed on maybe 3 or 4 occasions so I am not sure if there is some heat/humidity issues at play or something else.  We did have over 100 degree temps here in Texas for the majority of the summer.

No problems with my 16BH table.

But we are in the process of building a new one that's shorter so that's not such a hassle to get in the banquette tied to the cabinets.  We are making it out of MDF and painting it instead of worrying about covering with laminate.  It's easy enough to do if you can't get a replacement from the company.

I will post pictures when it's finished.

We also own a 19SB. No problems yet, but we don;t use it as a bed. Will keep an eye on it though.

My table also warped after one year, I ended up just leaving it down in the bed position in "hopes" that it would flatten out again, so far no luck. I like saundersmr idea of making a new table top with MDF and paint. My only concern about the table is the weight and the constant up down up down placement causing too much stress on the hinge attached to the wall, it does seem on the flimsy side.

We ended up using the existing hardware to attach to the wall. The new hardware was spaced differently so we would have had more holes in the wall and would have had to been more concerned with hitting good support.

So far the table is working well on 3 trips out with the table being switched between the dinette and bed position on each trip.  Pics are in the mods section.

I just discovered that the dinette table in my 2011 14RB had warped. I measured a 3/4″ deflection in the center of the table. Reported the warping to my dealer, George M. Sutton RV in Eugene, Ore., and they asked for a couple of photos to send to KZ, which I provided. KZ is sending a new dinette. Everything was as easy and responsive as it could be. High marks for KZ and Sutton RV in this particular customer service encounter.

FYI, I tried to post pictures, but nothing shows up in my "Tiny Browser" window. If anyone has any troubleshooting advice, chime in.
