Well I called the rv dealer today to see the status of my table repair and was told the guy that was suppose to take it up to indana to KZ this weekend FORGOT IT. Anyways the guy at the rv place told me he would call the tech in indiana that was picking up parts and ask him if he could do anything. I called back a hour later and he said that KZ is making me a table as we speak and the rv parts guy will pick it up tommorrow. So I should have it by the end of the week so I can go camping this weekend..I only hope they laminated the correct design/color I had on it originally..I will keep you posted.

Went to pick up my table last nite and guess what…it was the wrong table. Since the owner of the rv shop forgot to take my table with him or apparently look at my table before he left for inidiana, KZ went ahead and made a table with the correct lamination however they cut one corner as often dinette talbles are cut to adjust for cabinets near dinettes for easy entry and exit..I am not sure which models have cut corner tables or squared tables but the 14RK had a squared table and it doesnt work so good as a bed because a corner of support for the cushion is now missing .The owner said since I had camping plans this weekend to go ahead and use the new cut corner table and if it didnt work for me (which it wont) to bring it back before he heads back to indiana to KZ and he will pick me up the correct table. He also said he hadnt heard of anyones table breaking in that manner before, but I assured him I was careful with my table and that others had had problems with theirs.Anyways im off camping this weekend with the temporary table, hope this one doesnt break.

Well I used the new one he brought back with the corner cut out on my last camping trip since I had no other choice (but it was uncomfortable) I need to call him today and ask him when he is going back to indy so he can take back this corner cut table and get my original cut new one. He said that he  could get them to ship him a table but chances are it will be delievered broken since ups slams around their frieght so much and he would prefer picking it up in person and transporting it back.

Well I went back to the dealer and returned the cut corner table they had mistakenly ordered and asked when my full size table would be in for pick up…well long story short they reordered my tablle and told me it was in and when i go there ( hour drive time ) it was the same exact cut corner table I had just returned to them..so I called KZ…sent pictures of my original table with no cut corners and they sent one out to the dealership..I called and the dealership told me it was damaged thru UPS..at this point I was ready to scream or cry I didnt know which..I told the dealership I was about to call KZ again when the owner of the dealership spoke to me saying he could fix the damages UPS table and to come by and get it…Im not thrilled about his fix it job since it involved the edge molding joining at the very front of the table but I can live with it..at least I have my table back . I must say KZ tried to fix the problem, but getting KZ to understand what table I had seemed very frustrating…dealing with a dealership in my area that I didnt buy my trailer from was even worse…Im not looking forward to any more warranty repair service I can tell you that..
