This brand uses 14 wheels/tires. Can I replace my 13 to 14 tires?

Yes, you can.  Just watch your overall diameter for fenderwell clearance, and remember to take into account suspension movement.  The potential advantage of upsizing is an increase in the load carrying capacity of the tire.  In fact, it's the only truly valid reason for doing it.  It's not like you're going to stuff huge skins in there for looks, as there isn't room.  If you go to a tire manufacturer's site, like say Carlisle for example, you can compare the specs of different tire sizes.  Here's an example:  http://www.carlisletransportat…..es/tires43  Note that if your wheelwell can accomodate just two more inches of tire diameter, you'll gain nearly 300lbs per tire of load carrying capacity.  Obviously the trailer itself hasn't gained any capacity, but that extra buffer in the tires just makes the likelyhood of failure on the road that much less.  Sorta widens the comfort zone, eh?

I'm considering doing it after doing my axle flip for some of the reasons Mike mentions.
