I am finally going to summarize a few of the things I have done with our little cozy camper.  First the list for 2011 which I plan to add are as follows:

Tornado tank rinser, front stabilizer jacks, battery cut off switch, 15 ft Rhino black water hose, extra water pressure regulator for black water rinse hose (use with the tornado tank rinse),  Vortex 3 way fan for main vent, maxair vent cover, 12 volt oscillating fan mounted to under upper cabinet, mount articulating arm for 15 in TV/DVD combo on side of upper cabinet (kitchen), make new black water hose holder from 5 inch square PVC fence post and mount to back bumper.

Last year I made a key, nick nak holder for by the door, shelf for little items over valence of dinette window,  over the cabinet door hook for pot holder and also rod for kitchen towel, toliet paper holder, sliding drawers in cabinet under cooktop for cangoods, cut off 3″ rear of dinette table so you can squeeze in and out.  We also use a synthetic feather bed type topper on the dinette for a little softer bed.
