Yeah, if anyone can recommend a place that will do for $250 and is close to San Antonio I'd really appreciate it.

Crestview RV in Buda wants $350 to do it, and I'm not willing to spend the extra hundred knowing there are places that will do it for less.

See Finilly Flipped the Axles post.  Looks like Magnum Trailers in Austin will do it.  Will need to ask the Austin Member more details.

I had mine done at Joes Hitch and Trailer in Dallas. Just google the name and you will find their website. I had the axle flipped plus pack and grease bearings all for about $220.00.

Thanks Dallas … I didn't see the deal in Austin and will be making a trip up north for this mod.

If you can change a TIRE you can do it yourself with the Dexter KIT.

I can change a tire, but I don't have welding equipment or know how to.  That and I don't have a lift or place where I can work on it.

What and how were you able to do the flip?

The beauty of the kit is you don't need to WELD. You can if you want for more security but it's designed not to.

I was able to do it with 2 jack stands and 2 floor jacks. Its easy if you do one side at a time.  Lift one side and place jack stands to be secure.  Then lift other side and put jack stands.
