Purchased in Lincoln NB. Our home is in Kingston WA. Thoroughly enjoying the TT, and make frequent short trips (vacation time all used up). Reversed the axel/springs to gain more clearance, but not sure yet how to level the TT and the 2009 RAV4 V6 that is the tow vehicle.

Welcome to the forum.  You should be able to buy a different ball mount to go into your hitch receiver.  One with 2 or 3 inches of lift should do it.
