Well me and Matter of time..made it…Only 2 hrs from home to Sabal Palm. Got a pull through cause I'm still bad at backing up. Sewer hose WAY to short so the park loaned me one and another camper loaned me a joiner. Put up and took down my awning each day so I'd remember how to do it. Do have a question..Have Mildew up where it joined the trailer. What do I use to clean it?? Spent 4 days at the rv park, yesterday the sky's opened up and the claps of thunder rattled the trailer..My one dog was scared.  Do anyone know the capacity of the gray, black holding tanks everyone kept asking me??  All my Good Sam member wished me the best and some of the local park people even wanted to get a pick inside. Do have to do some small modification like the bed. cushion slipped off last night and I was sleeping on the boards..OH!!! lights are way to bright what can I do to dim them? Also need a night light in the bathroom not that bright one..Well that it I'm pooped going to take a shower and a nap…I love my KZ SPORTSMAN CLASSIC 13 FK  MATTER OF TIME IILaugh

Congratulations on your first trip!

Elsewhere on the forum, Kim mentioned using that "Awesome" cleaner (can be purchased at the Dollar stores) for cleaning off awning mildew.  Said it worked like a charm!  I haven't tried it myself yet, but I will the next time I'm ready for that chore.

The gray water capacity for the 13FK is 9 gallons.  Black water is 5 gallons.

I know what you mean about overly bright lights.  I didn't particularly care for a really bright light over the bed/dinnette in our 14RB.  So I replaced the bulbs with LED cluster bulbs.  I got them on eBay dirt cheap.  They have the same BA15s base as the 12 volt bulbs, and the ones that I got have a cluster of 9 LEDs at the end of it.  They are much dimmer, and pleasant.

Hope you enjoy another trip out soon!

Happy Camping!

I purchased 2 small cheap table lamps at the dollar store, they lend a homey feel to the trailer and give off a very soft light, I use one on my kitchen counter and one on my table. They are made of rattan so no breakage during travel. I thoiught about the LED's but im not too keen on the blueish hue they put off. You could always get one of those round stick on pop on and off lights that are battery operated for your bathroom. I have a small battery operated stick on light for inside my closet thats really came in handy.

Still trying to keep it light as possible. Dealer said they have 6 candle power light instead of the 21 candle that is in the camper and cheaper than LED.  Still trying to wiggle one out. Cleaned the awning with Oxi clean and worked great.  Going to take the step off since I use a wider fold up step. That will save probably 20 lbs or more..I love my KZ..

Hi, Nancy!

How about having your dealer replace your sticky/defective light fixture?  Besides dealer with 6 candle power replacement lights, you could bring one original light bulb to your local auto parts store (NAPA Auto Parts, as example) for purchase of bulbs with lower wattage.  Don't forget a couple of spares of all wattages.
