We just stopped by for a single night.

Bad:

No grass. 9,000+ feet. Steep hills to get up there, since it's the top of the mountain.

Good:

VIEWS from the top of the mountain! No bugs. New facilities, including two hot tubs. Full hookups. Did I mention the VIEWS?
