Glad to hear you found your RV. Don't worry we'll still talk to ya even if you are driving and not pulling.

We can't wait for the winter that wasn't to end so we can get our trailer out of storage and start another season. Looking at trying our first big trip to the east coast of Canada. Plan to start the journey through upper New York. Lobster on the Atlantic with a screech chaser Smile.

Me too!! I have an east coast trip planned as well. I was planning to leave end of April for 2-3 months but bad knees are holding me back. I need a double knee replacement and will have to see where that leads me. I was planning a NB, NS, PEI and NL adventure with a New England chaser on the way home. Now looking at the fall … enjoy your trip!!

One of the nice things I'm finding about driving and not pulling is that I just jump in the RV and away I go. No muss no fuss with hooking up etc. I used the RV all winter … minus the water of course, but that is what Purell and a portable water jug are for. :)

So when are you leaving to go Down East. I was suppose to do my 3 month trip down east this year but plans have changed and I am doing it next year. I'll be doing New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, Nova Soctia/Cape Breton and finally Newfoundland. Figure to be gone for 3 months anyway. On the way home I'll meander through the New England States as well.

If you and Rose make it to Niagara this year let me know.

Also … are you familiar with Boondockers Welcome. It is a web site for RVers of all kinds to stay for a day or two with a fellow RVer for free. It's a great site and I have used it already. Check it out at: http://www.boondockerswelcome.com/ Started by a lady here from Ontario in the Elmira area. It seems to be really taking off around US and Canada.
