When I bought the trailer last month I recieved a large group Owner Manuals for all the equipment (air conditioners, furnace, etc.) but no owners manual for the trailer from KZ. Being new to travel trailers, do the manufactures supply a manual for the trailer, did anyone else get one?

marvijn, after we paid for our new 14RK, our dealer issued us the various manuals, including "KZ RV Maintenance Manual (light green in color) Guidebook to Routine Maintenance of Your RV".

I recently read, either here or RV.Net or some othe reliable source, that one of the posters' received their Classic Owner's Manual from their dealer; and, according to this same poster that KZ did not have owner's manual available upon release of the Classics last September, but can be obtained through your dealer from now on. The poster said that he received several manuals, including the Maintenance Manual, but not the owner's manual at time of delivery.

I emailed KZ Customer Service requesting an owner's manual for Sportsmen Classic 14RK. Last Wednesday, I received a manual to download and a hard copy, too.

Thanks for the info, I will be contacting KZ to get a maintenance manual and owners manual. I too recieved owners manuals for the appliances in the trailer, but not the trailer itself. I think the owners manual is a necessity if for no other reason than going through the procedures for winterizing and draining pipes in the trailer. The dealer's show and tell was just not sufficient. Bought the additional connectors from the dealer to accomplish bypassing the water heater etc…..not sure why this wasn't included with the trailer.

Steve, I'd be happy to share the link with Sportsmen Classic Club Forum, but I don't know how. I'd like to learn, though. Perhaps, I might email the link to someone (our moderator, perhaps?) for incorporation into our forum's info. files/links.
