I own a 2014 Sportsmen Classic 190 and am very happy with the trailer. However, I have had a recent issue with the electric brakes shorting out.  When I investigated I found the wire to the brake system runs from the electrical box at the tongue through two 1″ punched holes in the trailer frames without any grommet or protection.  The wire was installed sufficiently loose that, with road vibration and wind, the sharp edge of the frame wore through the outer casing and inner insulation and shorted out the system on the trailer frame.  I repaired the wiring by adding additional length and running the wire through wire supports screwed to the inside of the trailer frame.  Considering the importance of brakes I was really disappointed that this is the way that KZ handles something so critical.  Strongly advise to go under and take a look to be sure nothing has worn.  Regards, Tom L.

Yep, I have found out that you get what you pay for.  So far on my 2011 RB14 my water heater has gotten a pin hole at one of the tank welds, my AC unit has went out, my converter has went out, my brake wiring also rubbed through same as yours, and now the booster for the TV antenna is not working.  All since the warrenty has expired…..go figuire.
