Can anyone tell me what is in that wall? I refer to the wall in my Classic 200 that is marked with a white label that says that is where to mount the TV. Before I start drilling holes and making a mess I thought it might be wise to pick your brains a bit. I can feel that there is something back there, but just what is my question. Is it plywood, composite board, etc., etc.? It's important to know what I'm screwing into back there in order for the thing to be securely mounted. Thanks for any input. I've tried to contact support at KZ but there has been no response.
Try KZ Customer Service @ 1-866-472-5460. If Cust. Serv. does not know the answer, ask them to contact Design Engineering on your behalf for "what's behind the wall".
Perhaps, you might find the desired location of the mount, drilling a small hole to determine thickness of base material. Plan to use toggle-bolts (expanding bolt assembly), with small fender washers under the outer bolt/screw heads, as needed.
